This is a short clip from 'Up', an animation I created in Diane Mitchell's motion graphics course. The piece was inspired by the architectural landscape of New York City and was created in After Effects. The music-box sounds from Radiohead's Kid A seemed to perfectly encapsulate the wonder of sprouting skyscrapers.
In the summer of 2006, I saw my father again for the first time in almost 10 years. I put together this slideshow shortly after my visit back to Taiwan.
